Due to his social nature, quick grasp, analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to see the big picture, he quickly connected with the team, fitted into our way of working, understood the organizational structure and was able to take on projects exceptionally quickly. He managed our mechanical engineering projects for global clients, particularly in India, and was responsible for planning and organizing project activities, resources, budgets and schedules, while communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that project objectives were met on time and within scope. There must also be a key figure that can be used to check whether the goal has been achieved. It should be meaningful, motivating and achievable for you, but not realistic.

Clarifying the “how” costs time, but also saves a lot of it. Therefore, a course of action should always be worked out in detail. It is also helpful to exchange ideas with people who have already achieved the same or a similar goal. Large goals should be divided into several smaller goals and worked on in a sensible order.

The specific goals have been set, the plan to achieve the goal has been worked out, and now it is time to get into action. Motivation and self-discipline are the key factors here. With clearly communicated commitments and the result in mind, the goal becomes a reality.
