He performed his services for us at RENA Technologies GmbH as a freelance project, process, and organization manager and reported to the Vice President in Service & After-Sales.

RENA is the worldwide technological leader for wet processing equipment. We provide the most valuable, innovative wet-chemical solutions for our clients to reach the next level of state-of-the-art. We manufacture the highest quality flexible and high-throughput equipment in the Semiconductor, MedTech, Glass, Additive Manufacturing and Renewable Energy sectors. We have 6 manufacturing sites, 4 innovation hubs and more than 3,300 machines installed worldwide. We are constantly developing the most efficient process for our clients to achieve perfect surface quality. With more than 130 engineers, 150 global service experts at 20 service locations, we work to make RENA machines a long-term success story.

Due to his social nature, quick grasp, analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to see the big picture, he quickly connected with the team, fitted into our way of working, understood the organizational structure and was able to take on projects exceptionally quickly. He managed our mechanical engineering projects for global clients, particularly in India, and was responsible for planning and organizing project activities, resources, budgets and schedules, while communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that project objectives were met on time and within scope. Mr. Budnik has done this to our complete satisfaction and I would like to highlight his ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks, find solutions to complex challenges and communicate professionally with our clients, the management, and the team.

Based on his experience in project management, his skills in organizational development, he analyzed our existing way of working, our processes, our software tools and made suggestions for improvements, which we gratefully acknowledged.  He has successfully implemented the suggested improvements, projects and organizational structures for us, which led to us becoming an even more structured, professional and efficient company.

Mr. Daniel Budnik, born on 15.07.1989, worked in our company from 01.02.2018 to 31.08.2021 in the Digitalization & Systems department as a Digitalisation & Systems employee. With regard to his previous employment with us, we refer to the interim reference already issued,  JobRad is the market leader in the company bike leasing industry. Since its foundation in 2008, JobRad has been the driving force behind a new transport policy in favour of bicycles and sets standards in terms of sustainable mobility in companies with a pioneering spirit. More than 40,000 employers already offer JobRad to their over four million employees.

Mr. Budnik’s area of activity included the following aspects in particular:

Mr. Budnik has comprehensive and versatile specialist knowledge, which he has always applied in practice in a safe and skilful manner. His very good IT knowledge is particularly noteworthy, especially his extensive experience in developing problem solutions and helping to shape the implementation of our ERP and leasing system. Also worth mentioning is his very good knowledge of agile project methods and his work as a
key user in our Atlassian Jira/Confluence environment. In his role as a key user, he accompanied the introduction as a knowledge management platform, including employee training as well as the further development and administration of these systems.

Mr. Budnik also acted as a mentor in the area of digitalization & systems and was the first point of contact for new and existing employees for communicating the corporate values and culture. Thanks to his precise ability to analyze and his enormous powers of comprehension, he was always able to grasp even difficult situations immediately and find good solutions quickly. Mr. Budnik showed exemplary initiative at all times and always identified fully with his tasks and our company, where he also impressed with his immense enthusiasm. Even in situations with a high workload, he proved to be exceptionally resilient at all times.

He carried out all tasks completely independently, with great care and planning. He always acted calmly, thoughtfully, goal-orientated and with a high degree of precision. He was always convincing in terms of both quality and quantity. Mr. Budnik was highly reliable. Without exception, he found good solutions to all problems that arose. Mr. Budnik’s performance has received our full recognition without reservation. He was held in high esteem by everyone because of his consistently friendly and even-tempered nature. He was always helpful, courteous and, if necessary, put personal interests aside. His behavior towards superiors, colleagues, and customers was exemplary and loyal without exception.

With JobRad, the innovative company bike concept from LeaseRad GmbH, employees can obtain their personalized bike of choice through their employer – and save taxes in the process. We are a pioneer and market leader in bicycle leasing and co-operate with more than 4,500 JobRad specialist retail partners and over 7,500 employers.

Daniel Budnik has taken on the following tasks:

● Acquisition of new customers and support for existing customers
● Advice on product-specific questions
● Participation in trade fairs, events and DemoDays
● Customization of contract documents
● Updating and maintaining customer data in the ERP software Odoo
● Conception and creation of sales measures and their implementation

Mr. Budnik has comprehensive and versatile specialist knowledge, which he always applies confidently and skilfully in practice. Mr. Budnik has extensive experience in working with ERP systems. For this reason, he took on the role of Odoo multiplier and represented the sales department in planning the regular sprints to implement functional enhancements to the ERP system. During his time in Sales, he initiated and supported numerous improvements in Odoo. In addition, he was the contact person for his colleagues for all questions relating to the functions of the ERP system and was responsible for training new sales employees in this area. Mr. Budnik also supported the division management in controlling and reporting by evaluating and visualizing sales data. Due to his very good comprehension skills, he is always able to grasp even difficult situations immediately and find very good solutions quickly. Mr. Budnik always shows a high level of initiative and always identifies fully with his tasks and our company, whereby he also impresses with his great enthusiasm. He played an important role in the implementation of the selected leasing company and the drafting of contracts. He provided significant support in establishing internal processes. ● Organizing workshop appointments and ensuring that UVV (Accident prevention regulations) regulations are met

Fuhrpark Guide is a fleet management service provider based in Emmendingen. Its core products include external fleet management for medium-sized companies and, in the logistics sector, “premium” vehicle transfers throughout Germany.
