About me

I am enthusiastic, optimistic, creative and energetic. A visionary with an eye on the future and its possibilities. I bring liveliness and pleasure to all aspects of life. For me, there are rarely problems that cannot be solved because I usually find unconventional and original solutions. Through my trust in people and life in general, I lead myself and others to success.

With the help of my self-taught skills, I am constantly building on my assets, talents and strengths. I help the people I surround myself with to do the same, if they want to.

Agile mindset

Embracing the Agile mindset is essential in navigating dynamic environments. It enables to adapt to change as an avenue for growth, prioritize iterative progress, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. This mindset ensures that goals align with evolving needs, fostering resilience and efficiency in the face of uncertainty.

Certified project manager

A project manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are realised successfully and efficiently. Through the highly practical project management training, I have learned to structure projects and to carry them out in a way that is controllable in terms of time and economy.

Diploma in Business Administration

The extra-occupational studies gave me a solid knowledge of business administration, economics and law. This enabled me to develop the ability to think as a whole entrepreneur, to recognise the essentials and at the same time to maintain an eye for detail.

01

The dream

Those who do not know their dreams and goals will never achieve them. They should be written down in the present with a very concrete formulation in one sentence. There must also be a key figure that can be used to check whether the goal has been achieved. It should be meaningful, motivating and achievable for you, but not realistic.

02

The plan

Clarifying the “how” costs time, but also saves a lot of it. Therefore, a course of action should always be worked out in detail. It is also helpful to exchange ideas with people who have already achieved the same or a similar goal. Large goals should be divided into several smaller goals and worked on in a sensible order.

03

The doing

The specific goals have been set, the plan to achieve the goal has been worked out, and now it is time to get into action. Motivation and self-discipline are the key factors here. With clearly communicated commitments and the result in mind, the goal becomes a reality.
